Thank you for your interest in our catering service here at BAB. We provide carry-out, delivery, or fully-catered setup for events. All quotes will remain active for one month from the quoted date to lock in prices given. 

Delivery and Fully-Catered services are priced per plate based on the specific menu items chosen. Each item is priced differently (meats and sides), thus affecting plate price with every choice added to your menu. We recommend one to two meats with two to three side choices per plate. Adding your desired desserts and / or drinks. (We are unable to provide tableware or ice with orders at this time)

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for ALL orders at the time of booking to hold the date and menu in our calendar with all final balances due the week prior to the event to accommodate supply ordering schedules. There are no extra travel charges accrued if the event location is within Dickson City limits. Outside of Dickson City limits (20 mile radius max.) travel fees are based on travel distance from our location and will be provided in your quote.

FULLY CATERED – 75+ plate, minimum order requirement.

With this service, you will get a buffet-style set-up with monitoring of the food table by keeping food pans full and helping guests with plates if needed. When dinner service is over, our staff will clean up all catering items and pack to go, leaving all leftovers packaged and set aside for the ordering customer. (We do not offer busing services for individual guest tables during the event.)

Our table setup includes the use of wooden crates, silver trays, and a combination of glass and wooden bowls for serving dishes. Drink dispensers are provided for the drinks on our menu only as well as serving utensils for the buffet items. Linens and tables will need to be provided by the customer/venue.

DELIVERY – 50+ plate, minimum order requirement.

With this service, we will deliver your order to the specified location, drop off ordered items, and go. (Service dependent upon calendar availability) All food will be packaged in aluminum catering pans, sealed tightly for travel. Disposable black serving utensils can be provided upon request. All delivery orders must be placed for after 11:30a each day, Tuesday-Friday and 12:30p, on Saturday.

Upon deciding to move forward with the quote, we will reserve your space by pick-up time. Food will be packaged in aluminum catering pans and sealed for travel. No other service charges will be applied.
